Safety & Community Rules
At OpenHeat, consent comes first. No means no, and we step in when someone does not respect it.
Our rules in short
- Adults only, 18 and over.
- No pressure, threats or harassment. If someone says no, leave them alone.
- Real details: your own photo, your real age, your true place of residence.
- No intimate images without the consent of the person shown, whether yours or someone else’s, and no sexually explicit photos or text in your profile.
- No money requests, advertising or spam.
Reporting and blocking
Under “⋯” on every profile you will find “Block” and “Report”. Blocking cuts all connections in both directions at once. When you report, you pick a reason (harassment, fake profile, spam, unsafe behaviour, other) and can add text. Once three different members report a profile, it is hidden automatically and a person then reviews it. If we restrict something because of your behaviour, we tell you what and why, and you can object by email.
Meeting safely
- Meet first in a public, busy place, ideally during the day.
- Tell someone you trust who you are meeting, where and when.
- Travel to and from the date yourself, and keep an eye on your drink.
- A short video call beforehand shows whether the person matches their profile.
- Share your address, employer and finances much later, if at all.
- Trust your gut and leave if something feels wrong.
Spotting scams
Never send money, gift cards or cryptocurrency to someone you have not met in person. Be wary of quick declarations of love, time pressure and requests to switch to another messenger straight away. If you are blackmailed with intimate images: do not pay, stop contact, keep evidence (screenshots, username), report to the police and report the profile to us.
What “Trusted profile” means
The person showed a valid ID at the time of checking that matched their live capture, and is at least 18. It is not a character reference and does not replace your own caution.
Minors
If someone seems or says they are under 18, report the profile immediately. We block and delete such accounts.
Help in an emergency
- Immediate danger: emergency number 112 (EU-wide), police 110 (Germany).
- Helpline “Violence against Women”: 116 016, free, around the clock, also in English and other languages (Germany).
- Safety concerns to us: admin@ailinux.me. We handle requests from authorities according to applicable law through the point of contact in the Legal Notice.
Unsere Regeln in Kurzform
- Nur ab 18 Jahren.
- Kein Druck, keine Drohungen, keine Belästigung. Wer Nein sagt, wird in Ruhe gelassen.
- Echte Angaben: eigenes Foto, richtiges Alter, wahrer Wohnort.
- Kein Geld, keine Werbung, kein Spam.
Blockieren trennt sofort alle Verbindungen in beide Richtungen.
Was „Trusted profile“ bedeutet
Hilfe in Notfällen
- Akute Gefahr: Notruf 112 (EU-weit), Polizei 110 (Deutschland).
